Municipal lender Bank of Hangzhou posted a surge in its direct banking clients in 2018.
Bank of Hangzhou’s annual report indicates that its registered mobile banking clients were 1.6462 million in total as of the end of 2018, for a rise of 52.26% compared to the start of the same year.
The bank’s registered direct banking clients were 2.853 million, for a YoY increase of 113.69%.
Bank of Hangzhou’s 2018 annual report released on 26 April further indicates that its operating revenues were 17.054 billion yuan, for a YoY rise of 20.77%, while net profits attributable to shareholders were 5.412 billion yuan, for a YoY rise of 18.94%.
