Tencent affiliate Shenzhen Tencent Venture Base Development Co., Ltd. (深圳市腾讯创业基地发展有限公司) has acquired a 2% stake in Beijing Heijing Keji Co., Ltd. ( Beijing Black Mirror Technology Co., Ltd.) (北京黑镜科技有限公司) according to recent amendments to its industrial and commercial registration information.
Beijing Heijing was established in May 2018, and its business scope includes technology services, technological transfer, technological development, technological consulting, computer system services, foundational software services, application software services, data processing and enterprise management advisory.
