The third set of projects for Shanghai’s fintech regulatory sandbox have all officially commenced operation according to an announcement made by the Chinese central bank.
On 23 June the People’s Bank of China (PBOC) announced that all three projects for the third round of the Shanghai fintech regulatory sandbox have commenced the provision of services following the completion of registration procedures.
These projects include:
- “B2B Order Management Services Based on the Blockchain” (基于区块链的B2B订单管理服务), jointly developed by the Shanghai Pudong Development Bank and Sinodata Co.
- “Client Sales Services Based on Big Data Technology” (基于大数据技术的客户营销服务) developed by China Everbright Bank.
- “The Huiyintong Third Party Electronic Letter Platform” (会银通’第三方电子函证平台), jointly developed by the China Financial Certification Authority, China Guangfa Bank and Baker Tilly China.
