TikTok-owned ByteDance has launched a new tech company in the Anhui-province capital of Hefei.
“Hefei Wanyin Zhifu Keji Co., Ltd.” (Hefei Wanyin Smart Services Tech Co., Ltd.) (合肥皖音智服科技有限公司) was recently established in Hefei with registered capital of 1 million yuan, according to information from Tianyancha.
The company is 100% owned by Beijing Jiyun Hudong Tech Co., Ltd. (北京吉云互动科技有限公司), which is in turn a wholly owned subsidiary of Byte Dance.
The business scope of Hefei Wanyin encompasses tech development, labour services and information consulting services.
