Privately offered funds in China have posted robust returns since the start of 2021.
China’s privately offered securities funds posted an average rate of return of 7.25% in the first half of 2021, according to a report from Securities Daily. 72.52% of products offered achieved positive returns.
When broken down by investment strategy, event-driven funds came in first with an average rate of return of 8.22%, followed by equity funds, with an average rate of return of 8.02%. Macro and fixed income funds both posted average rates of return of above six percent.
