A new report from market intelligence firm IDC indicates that the Chinese cloud computing market exceeded the 30 billion yuan threshold in the first quarter of 2021.
The IaaS + PaaS market in China exceeded USD$4.632 billion (approx. 30.1 billion yuan) in the first quarter of 2021, according to IDC’s latest report on the Chinese cloud computing market.
Aibaba Cloud was the leading service provider with a 40% market share, followed by Huawei and Tencent’s cloud computing vehicles, both with market shares of around 11%.
