The cloud computing subsidiary of Chinese e-commerce giant JD.com has opened its own digital economy subsidiary in the hinterland province of Qinghai.
JD (Qinghai) Digital Economy Co., Ltd. (京东（青海）数字经济有限公司) was established on 6 December, with registered capital of 10 million yuan.
The company’s legal representative is Wang Nan (王楠), while its business scope encompasses data processing and storage support services, information system integration software and software development.
According to information from Tianyancha JD (Qinghai) Digital is a fully invested subsidiary of JDCloud.
