Regional lender China Bohai Bank has obtained approval for its wealth management subsidiary to commence official operation.
On 5 September Bohai Bank announced that it had recently obtained approval from the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission for its fully invested subsidiary Bohai Bank Wealth Management Co., Ltd. (渤银理财有限责任公司).
Bohai Bank Wealth Management is a fully invested subsidiary of China Bohai Bank which is registered in Tianjin and has registered capital of 2 billion yuan.
