Haoyun Technologies Launches Blockchain Subsidiary with Trillion Trust

Guangzhou-based fintech company Haoyun Technologies Co., Ltd. (浩云科技) has launched a blockchain joint-venture with Hunan Trillion Trust Info Tech (兆物信连).

Haoyun announced on 12 March that its fully invested subsidiary Tibet Haoyun (西藏浩云) had teamed up with Trillion Trust to establish Guangzhou Haoyun Blockchain Technology Co., Ltd. (广州浩云区块链科技有限公司).

According to the announcement Haoyun Blockchain will have registered capital of 30 million yuan, with Tibet Haoyun contributing 18 million yuan, or 60% of the total.

The mandate of the new company will be the joint creation of “Internet of Things + blockchain” solution plans, as well as the provision of comprehensive blockchain solutions plans to clients.

Trillion Trust was established in 2019, and focuses on the three areas of blockchain platforms, blockchain applications solution plans and innovative blockchain products.
