Tech giant Huawei and northern Chinese regional lender Bohai Bank have entered a strategic partnership to step up fintech applications and development.
On 21 October Bohai Bank and Huawei executed a strategic cooperative agreement in Shanghai to further drive the rapid fintech development of Bohai Bank, via the provision of cloud computing, 5G and big data frameworks and solutions.
Under the Agreement the two parties will “jointly establish a strategic cooperative partnership relationship, and provide multi-tier online consumer finance and internet finance services and products and smart data application services.”
